The expansive clay soils in Dallas–Fort Worth are tough on foundations. They expand when wet and shrink when dry, and that movement cracks and shifts foundations that weren't designed to handle it. We've been pouring foundations on DFW soil long enough to know what works and what doesn't.

Post-tensioned slab-on-grade is the most common residential foundation in our area for a reason — when engineered correctly for DFW clay, it manages soil movement better than conventional reinforced slabs.

We Work with Your Structural Engineer

Foundation work on any commercial project — and on most large residential projects — requires engineering drawings. We build to those drawings. If there's a conflict between field conditions and the drawings, we document it and get direction before we pour — not after.

For residential foundation replacements, we can work with a structural engineer to assess the existing conditions and design the new foundation system.
