How much does concrete demolition cost in DFW?

Residential concrete removal typically runs $2–$6 per square foot, depending on thickness, rebar, site access, and haul-off distance. Commercial pricing varies by volume — we offer competitive per-square-foot pricing on large projects. Free quotes after a site visit.

How long does demo take?

A standard residential driveway (600–800 sq ft) can be removed in a single day. Larger commercial projects are scoped individually. We'll give you a timeline with your quote.

Do you do selective removal — can you remove just part of my driveway?

Yes. We can saw-cut clean lines and remove individual sections while leaving adjacent concrete intact. This is common when only a portion has heaved or failed.

What happens to the old concrete?

Concrete is crushed and recycled as base material. We haul it to a local recycling facility — we don't landfill concrete unless there's contamination that requires special handling.

Will you damage my irrigation system or landscaping?

We take care to locate and protect irrigation lines before demo. If we accidentally damage a line, we repair it at no charge. We also protect landscaping at the perimeter of demo areas.
