1. Program Description
Tex Tex Concrete ("Company") may send SMS/text messages to customers who have opted in to receive communications related to:
- Project quotes and estimates
- Scheduling confirmations and reminders
- Project status updates
- Promotions and special offers (only with explicit consent)
2. How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS communications from Tex Tex Concrete by:
- Checking the SMS opt-in box on our contact form
- Texting START to our business number
- Verbally consenting during a phone consultation
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your project status. For active projects, you may receive up to 4–6 messages per week. For general marketing messages, frequency will not exceed 2 messages per month.
4. How to Opt Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and will no longer receive marketing SMS. You may still receive transactional messages (such as appointment confirmations) unless you explicitly request otherwise.

5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier message and data rates will apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Tex Tex Concrete is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

All major US carriers are supported including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carrier coverage may vary.
